peeled, cored and chopped 1/4 inch thick

vegan butter

water

corn starch

brown sugar

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Melt vegan butter in large skillet over medium heat.
Place chopped apples into skillet pan with melted butter and cook until just tender. (about 10 minutes.)
Mix cornstarch into water and then add to skillet with apples. Next, stir in brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Remove from heat and serve warm or cold.
